Club competitions - and the results for 2012 Everyone welcome, from beginners to experts! We arranged a wide choice of internal club competitions for 2012, with a competition to suit every skill level. High handicap singles: from 8 to 12 handicaps, using extra turns An ideal confidence-builder: the full tournament experience, but everyone is of a similar standard   M.J. Oldland beat Colin Britt 7 - 2 Handicap singles:for all handicap levels, using extra turns Timed singles matches, a single-entry knock-out draw and the handicap system levelling the field: come one, come all, anyone can win   Jon Bradley beat Mo Boys 7 - 6 Open singles: for all handicap levels but there are NO extra turns A level-play, knock-out tournament open to all members   Jon Bradley beat Brian Wilson 7- 4 Handicap doubles: for all handicap levels, using extra turns Find a partner and enter our doubles tournament   Meriel Westwater and Ros Key-Pugh beat     Colin Britt and David Sparks 7 - 6 Box tournaments: where everyone plays everyone else   May tournament winners:     Colin Britt, June Bodman and Jon Bradley   June/July tournament winners:     Colin Britt, Marion Button, Jon Bradley and Ros Key-Pugh "We are so proud to see that our new members for 2012 did so well in these competitions.
